- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries chopped
- 1/2 cup dried pineapples chopped
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- pinch salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup honey
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a medium sized bowl, use a fork to whisk together vanilla, salt, coconut oil, maple syrup and honey.
Then, stir in oats, hemp seeds, flax seeds, cranberries, pineapples, and coconut. Stir until well combined.
Spread mixture in even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes, stirring every 10-12 minutes.
Let cool completely before serving. Store in airtight container.
