Ingredients
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 1.25 ounce package taco seasoning
  • 1 cup mixed cheese
  • Toppings: sour cream green onions, salsa
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin spot, and press into tin.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Mix taco seasoning packet contents with 3/4 cup water.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  6. Add taco seasoning mix to skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Once wonton wrappers are browned, divide ground beef among wonton wrappers. Top with mixed cheese. Return to oven and cook until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 3 minutes.
  8. Top with desired toppings.
