Ingredients

  • zest of 2 limes
  • juice of 1 lime
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 teaspoons tahini
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped finely

Instructions

  • In a large food processor or blender, add lime zest, lime juice, lemon juice, honey, tahini, rice wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Blend until creamy.
  • Stream in olive oil and vegetable oil until just combined.
  • Pulse in green onions.
  • Serve over salad or also works well for serving over chicken.
