Instant Pot Apple Cider Apple Sauce
Instant Pot Apple Cider Apple Sauce. Smooth, delicious, naturally sweetened apple sauce with the spices of fall. Quickly and easily made in an Instant Pot or other pressure cooker.
Servings: 8 servings
- 4 large Honeycrisp apples
- 4 large Fuji apples
- 1/2 cup apple cider or apple juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon all spice
Peel, core, and dice apples. Place apples in Instant Pot inner pot. Add apple cider, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and all spice.
Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes. Let natural release for 10 minutes. If you prefer chunky apple sauce, simply stir. If you like smooth apple sauce, use an immersion blender to blend, or transfer apple sauce to blender.
