Easy Homemade Ice Cream
This homemade ice cream is creamy, sweet, and amazingly delicious. And, no one who eats will be able to guess, it's lactose-free!

- 1.5 cups Fairlife whole milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries cut in half
- 5 large strawberries cut into small pieces
Whisk together milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
Stir in strawberries and blueberries.
Place mixture in ice cream maker and use per manufacturer instructions (in my machine took 1 hour to be a soft serve consistency).
