In a small bowl or glass, mix together yeast and warm water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
In bowl of a stand mixer fitted with dough attachment, mix together yeast and water mixture, egg, sugar, salt, olive oil, and Greek yogurt. Then, mix in flour, 1/2 cup at a time. NOTE: If you want to flavor this bread with some spices, like garlic powder, you can add it in here.
Once a soft dough forms, knead 8-10 times, and shape into a ball. Spray large bowl with cooking spray. Place dough in bowl and turn dough over to ensure all sides are coated with spray. Cover bowl with towel and let rise for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, punch dough down and knead 4-5 times. Cut dough in 8 equal sized pieces and shape each piece into a ball. Set balls on baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Take each dough ball, one at a time, and shape into a large circle about 6 inches in diameter. Place dough in preheat skillet. Let cook until dough starts to bubble, about 2 minutes. Then, flip, and cook an additional 2 minutes.
Brush each cooked piece of Naan with melted butter.
