- 1 20 ounce bag McCain® Quick Cook Waffle Cut Fries
- 1 cup chopped grilled chicken breast
- 2/3 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 2/3 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Serving
- chopped fresh tomato
- chopped cilantro
- chopped red onion
- sour cream
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread McCain® Quick Cook Waffle Cut Fries in a single layer on a large (about 9x13 sized) baking sheet.
Bake fries for 6 minutes.
Remove from oven and top fries with chicken, salsa, black beans, and cheese. Return to oven. Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Top with desired amounts of fresh tomato, cilantro, red onion, and sour cream. Serve warm.
